I stayed at this hostel for a short trip on a small budget. Despite the low cost, the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at the front desk. The overall facilities were clean and well-maintained, offering good value for the price. The amenities provided were also satisfactory. Additionally, the location of the hostel was perfect for me, with easy access to the MTR.

Can recommend this hotel.

It was terrible... The room is too dirty, The staff at the front is too rude. It is waste of money to stay here.

This hotel didn't refund deposit of rooms. It is same price wiht the room fare. I don't know why I have to pay the expensive deposit of the room They haven't given me the deposit so far. It was the most terrible accomadation in the world.

Great location, just a walking distance from the MTR and some of the tourist attractions in Hong Kong such as the Avenue of Stars. Water heater is available although for a selected period only. Toiletries are available as well but you need to ask for it. Good air conditioning unit. Recommended for those who prioritize their budget and not so choosy.

Difficult to speak with most of the staff because they can hardly speak in English. The whole Mirador Mansion looks creepy overall, but we just got used to it. Thank goodness the room was neat. Bed is really stiff, seems to be made of layers of cardboard instead of foam. No window and remote control for the TV. No cable as well.

The location on Nathan Street is exellent.

It's small, but adequate for the purpose.

Place is convenient to shopping centers, restaurants & transportation. Room rate is cheap.

Their hotel staffs are not so freindly & hotel surrounding is dirty.

the price different for 2nd day up raise 150%, and the "up-grade" room is much worst than the old wing.. !!

The Chinese staff was not friendly, not accommodating. The room they gave us was not airconditioned, glass provided was dirty. I complained that the room has no aircon, I was told that standard room was not airconditioned room, but I showed him the reservation which states that the room should have an aircon. I was so angry that I told him to refund my money (that was our first night), he told me it was not possible. He did not even offer me that he will transfer us. It was not stated that there is a HK 300 deposit and should pay upon check in.

uncomfortable for staying 3-4 persons per room, because of we have the room key only 1 set. smell of cooking on 10F.

There is nothing to like in that hotel. I have stayd many low cost hotels in world, but this is the Hotel I would not recoment to nobody.

Staff is not frendly, they do not answer your questions, if there is some problems like wifi is not working, new towel needed, room door is not closing or in shower lamp is broken. Then they answer you please look again or check tommorrow. When you have allready looked 3 days and anything has not changed, then this in bad. Inside room Wifi is workong only 1-2 min, then dissconects. Have tryed in many pc. In shower room lamp is not working. If you go asking new towel, they will say to you, bring old back and we give you new. I said, that room has cleaned and old towel I do not have . they answer, not possible, go look again and turns his head away. No more answering my questions. At the end we bought ourselves internet sim card for phone to get internet. Hotel said, they cannot fix the problem.

Poor facilities, broken ceiling (hostel not bothered to fix) and poor customer service.

The room was not the same like what i saw in the web. The service was very very bad. i paid for the room with TV, but the TV is not working. i went to reception to inform them about it, they told me that will send Technician to check, but till me 3rd day the TV still not working again i went to reception ask them to check, they say will send Technician, so i wait but no body come to check the TV at all. so till the last day i still do not have the TV. house keeping, on my 3rd day there is no house keeping till 5pm, and no water to drink because nobody refill the water at the common area. i went down to ask why there is no house keeping and drinking water, the answer is because is sunday house keeping at will be late and drinking water only will be refill when they do the house keeping. this hostel is the worst hostel i ever stay.

The hostel Is a great value for money compared to the other hostels or stayed in. Cheaper than most.

The staff regret to inform you about a service fee yet u was told it was not needed and the key deposit. But then they claim that wifi is free but charge us 50$hk for wifi each a night. Very very bad in the end
